How to Use the Order Form

How to use the order form for products that you may need for different projects/houses.  The video to the right (or below on mobile) walks how you through the process of ordering on the Requisition Form. 

Start with your name

The order form is self-explanatory, but if you need assistance, here it is! 

  1. Fill out your FULL name. (John Doe)
  2. Fill out your email. (john@modwayhomes.com)
  3. Your CELL phone number. Sarah will send you a confirmation to your cell phone by text, email address, or both for when your products are ready to pick up.
  4. If you choose not to rotate the phone (see video above).
    1. Box 1 is the quantity
    2. Box 2 is the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) / Store Tracking Number. Get this from either the Lowes or Menards website.
    3. Box 3 is the Description of the item. Sometimes, like with Fairmont, there is no SKU number. 
    4. Box 4 is a dropdown menu with the job sites this product is for.
    5. Box 5 is a dropdown of stores where this product needs to be picked up. 
    6. Upload a photo, or if too large, email Sarah, of the product that is being replaced or defective that needs to go to our vendor
    7. Hit submit; if it goes through, there will be an announcement that pops up letting you know, and you will get an email to the email that you provided with what you ordered. This is a duplicate copy of what Sarah gets.
